Your musical influences
Thank you for supporting independent music and for purchasing this collection. These EPs represent different sides of who I am as a musician, songwriter, and guitarist Together, these releases showcase my journey as a guitarist and artist, from acoustic textures to pop experimentation to powerful instrumental rock. One of the most meaningful tracks in this collection is “Elizabeth, featured on EP Rock “Elizabeth was one of the first rock guitar instrumentals I ever wrote in my early 20s, created just one month after losing my mother to suicide. She was only 44 years old and struggled with bipolar disorder for much of her life, though she was not properly diagnosed until later on. After losing access to health insurance, she could no longer afford the medication she needed. Her battle became overwhelming.Writing this song became my way of processing unimaginable grief while honoring her life, her struggles, and her memory.“Elizabeth is more than an instrumental track. It is grief. It is love. It is remembrance. It is healing. Every note reflects heartbreak, strength, and the enduring impact of loss. My hope is that this song not only tells part of my story, but also resonates with anyone who has experienced pain, loss, or the silent struggles of mental illness.Music has always been my voice, my therapy, and my way of connecting with others. To everyone who listens, shares, supports, comes to shows, buys merch, or believes in what I do thank you.Your support allows independent artists like me to keep creating, performing, and sharing deeply personal work with the world. Thank you for being part of this journey. With gratitude, Chrissy
