Chris Luna
I'm a Christian rock musician from Hawaii, playing for a number of local Christian recording artists. I am currently involved with a few Christian rock band projects, and the Lead guitarist for New Hope Windward music ministries.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I played lead/rhythm guitars for the bands Prism,Tokyo Rose, Sonic Grafitti, and the KBC Project, all based out of the Monterey Bay California area.
In Hawaii, I played for various New Hope Music Ministry bands and local Christian recording artists.
Still involved with Music Ministry, I am also currently working on solo material.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
You can currently hear me at New Hope Windward church in Kaneohe, Hawaii.
Your musical influences
My main guitar influences are Dan Huff and Brad Gillis, along with ALL the guitarists that came out of the 80's metal scene. A very special shout out to Doug Aldrich (Whitesnake, Dio) and Juan Croucier (RATT, Liquid Sunday) These guys are awesome role models when it comes to musicianship and technical support.
