What's going on? My name is Chivalry. I'm an underground hiphop artist with my own unique style of lyrics. With my poetry influenced music, I try to spread a message of my feelings as well as express my creativity. Music is my way of venting, of showing who I am, and of expressing myself. Give me a listen to if you got the moment. I'm on the come up and I guarentee you wont find a more hungry artist. I put all I have into this.

Of course, what do you think started Hip Hop? It's the live performance, the freestyle, the battles. The album is titled Grass Roots Hip Hop. Im taking it back to the basics. Live with a mic.
Your musical influences
The artists who have inspired me most have been very lyrically concious and emotionally rooted that they have helped me understand the true essence that is hip hop music. People like Talib Kweli, Aesop Rock, Tupac Shakur, Sage Francis, Atmosphere, & Common Sense have all influenced me to persue such a high goal of musicianship and songwriting. Although you may find traces of them in me, I am about being an individual in music. What you hear is my own sound, my style if you will, and it is what defines me as an artist. So naturally I'm going to purposely try to sound a little different.
