Chiquor
Start with Cafe Del Mar, add a dash of Buddha Bar style, a touch of Al Dimeola's feel, and my own sense of perfect music
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I started producing not too long ago, while in uni at U. of Michigan.
The guitar work, cello, and some of the percussion are all done by me. Theres alot more to say about this project, but its better if you just listen to the music instead of concentrating on these words.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Used to busk around europe a couple years back. Maybe I'll hit up an open mic with another guitarist from time to time.
Your musical influences
Biggest influence: My brother, who first introduced me to Cafe Del Mar
Others: Paco DeLucia, Al Dimeola, John McLaughlin, Phil Mison, Buddha Bar, Sade, Hotel Costes, Stefan Pompougnac, ect.
