Chillihounds
Chillihounds
The true essence of a really good rocknroll-band is having fun while you're kicking ass on stage. Well, it does sound like Chillihounds in a nutshell.
The high adrenaline band began in Gothenburg in 2003. The main reason for it was to make a great rock band that wasn't in it for fashion or to be hip. So, no fashion just rocknroll is one of the cornerstones in the Chillihounds philosophy.
Gabriel Adland and Daniel Hessel where the founders of the band, and the ones who set the path. But off course they needed some highway warriors to make their dream possible and to develop the true raw retro sound.
Stefan Johansson who is a sucker for 70s rock presented himself almost immediately after the start. "Hes got it, he's in", where the quoted words of the founders. After some gigging with bass players such as Robert Kulka and David Kalin the main man stepped into the rehearsal room. "Hello Im Carlos Satanos, lets rock!". Carlos Satanos came from the band Rickshaw and we all just started playing mighty riffs in cool poses. After a while we stopped. "Hey Carlos, youre in!"
So now the four piece army of thunderous rock is to be reckoning with.
Watch out, Chillihounds could soon be in a town near you!
