Even if you don't speak Italian, you can understand "cool" when you hear it. These boys sound like Tom Waits fronting an Italian jazz act with some French too. Before Waits and Leonard Cohen, a whole slew of wacky, world-weary, jazz-drenched continentals were talk-singing their way to existential glory. Think Paolo Conte and Serge Gainsbourg.
