Chameleon King formed in 1990. Originally they were named Lunar Eclipse, but switched to Chameleon King. The original lineup was: Matthew Crane (vocals), Rich Brown (guitar), John Heeter (bass), and Justin Berger (drums). Rob Bartleson played bass for CK in 1990-1991, and then Scott Wedel took over bass from 1991-1992. They rehearsed in Rich's bedroom until they found a space behind Ellensburg Video with another local band, the Divining Rods. In early 1991, Rich recorded Logical Disorder - their 1st release - on his 4-track with the help of some of the Divining Rods' gear. In late 1991, the band went to Seattle and recorded their 2nd release, The Trials & Tribulations of a Royal Reptile, at

I liked "Too Cool". The chorus had a...I don't know- classic rock sound, I liked that the most. Anyways I guess the singing is what made it grunge. I thought the singing was cool though. Anyhow that was a pretty good song, but you should have left the cussing out. I don't even really know what this song was about, but I'm sure you could have left that out. I commend you anyways since it wasn't a lot, like some bands do just to be offensive.
