The "band" is just me. I may have moved to a remote part of Iowa, but I can still make music. While I've been using the name CenteredWarrior for a while with my music, this is the first time I've really felt like a monk, living remotely from all of my old influences. Bass, guitar, computer, keyboard. Right now my stuff is mostly computer and sample based, but I'll post some music with live bass and guitars once I get the recording quality to be adequate. Just don't expect vocals in the near future - there's only so much you can do with technology.Anything else?
In addition to creating music, I've also been trying to learn as much as I can about the music industry; I also put my "career" on hold for a few years to go to law school, and I'm now licensed to practice in Iowa. I'm one of those "knowledge is power" guys, and want to have as much control over my career as possible. I'd also like to work with other musicians, and help give them the tools they need to be in control of their art as well. I'm hoping to start my own label in the near future to promote my own music and other people's music.
