After a number of failed attempts to start a band, I conceded that I just worked better on my own, especially considering my diverse music tastes. This Project has only come into being since Summer 2007 after a good couple of months writing material. In some respects it may conform to being a 'concept' driven project. Thanks go to Ben Russell for the Photography. If anyone wishes to contribute in anyway to this project (not just musically) then feel free to get in contact with me. The EP, 'Journal of a Fading King' is scheduled for an 08 release, comprised of two-three linked tracks.

Your musical influences
Scandanavian Metal, Opeth, Katatonia, Insomnium, Swallow the Sun as well as pioneers from other metal genres: Paradise Lost, Agalloch, Fields of the Nephilim etc. I know its cliched but theres more behind the music than just notes....
What equipment do you use?
Engl Fireball for everything, Schecter Hellraiser and Greco Les Paul for the heavy stuff and a variety of Fenders for clean and leads. Bare Knuckle Pickups in a couple of the guitars. Plus a load of free VST plugins for my computer, including Wagner Sharp!! Applause Acoustic.
