Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
"Those Gals" formed as trio approx year 2000. Two independent albums.Third in the works.Semi-Finalists in 2007 "AUSTRALIA'S GOT TALENT". Various nominations in Australian Country Music awards(Not Golden Guitars). National radio coverage.First radio single"A Bell is Ringing Out in Beaconsfield"(written by Wendy Wood)2006
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We work every weekend;usually driving round trip of average 500-600kms. Gets tiring sometimes(I have a full-time Mon-Fri job, too)
Your musical influences
Personal Influences: American Country Music/Eagles/Melissa Etheridge/Linda Ronstadt & many more. Band influences: Andrews Sisters/50's,60's girl groups/Eagles/Beach Boys/Do-wop singers/stage musicals/ etc(anything harmony!)
What equipment do you use?
Guitar/midifiles. Work with live bands whenever possible.
