Thanks, actually they were just recorded on the built in mic on my digital camera. I tried using another mic but it doesn`t capture the overall abience as well, just good for picking out specific sounds. Plus without a big obvious mic I can walk round with the camera and record sound discretley without people knowing your recording anything. For example the Obachan conversation couldn`t have been recorded if I was sat there with a big mic in my hand. 

These set of recordings aren`t actually in stereo though since I didn`t have the extra adaptor I needed, but I`m getting once today so the next batch should be in stereo.

Also the statistics page isn`t showing any plays yet, perhaps that part of the site is still down.

Anyway nice to know people are enjoying them.
