Karrie! I'm shocked that I never posted here. I guess since we email back and forth it just slipped my mind.
My favorite is still 'Slate'. I love that song!

Don't know much about music but I know what tickles my ears and makes me smile :o) I loved Ms. Understaning...but I am a little partial to the blues. The guitar work and especially the bass was great. Like the other posters I have to say the vocals were truely awesome!! The voice of an angel for sure (had forgotten how great Karrie's voice was)! Keep up the great music and hope to some day see you live! P.S. these songs will be finding a permanent place on my mp3 player :o) and I think Canvas is good name.

Very heavy Dave Matthews influence (that's good), and very tight playing. I'd love to see you guys live.
I've got a couple of poor-puns for band names:
"The Bend Strings"...just kidding :)
"Sleet Music"... a play on sweet/sheet/street and the rain of Oregon.

First I'd like to say that I truely enjoyed listening to this piece, I too am a fan of Bella Fleck and you guys have the talent to carry a tune with style. There is a sense of urgency starting off this tune and Karrie your vocal flows beautifully throughout and then the piece finishes by taking you "Far from Here", lovely.
