I am a solo artist from Kansas City, Missouri with a long line of credentials dating bacc to 1995. I'm a long standing member of the Crips street gang. I've performed over 100 times, and recorded over a thousand plus traccs alot of which will probabally never see the light of day. I am currently signed to my own i ndependent label of Family Biznis Entertainment. My style is a mix of old skool hardcore/gangsta rap/horrorcore/acid rap.Band/artist history
I began rapping in the spring of 1995 as "Nite Crawla" in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Before than I had been a producer and poet. The groups name was "Gangsta'z Paradize" with some of my homies from the set. When that group fell through I moved bacc home to Kansas City and began creating a group with my cuzzin Fat Rich called "Westside Thugz" we recorded a total of 3 full length basement style mixtapes before disbanding finally in early 1998. Through this period I had several names.
The rest of 1998 I was solo under Ice Man and Killa Klown. Kiccing in to gear along with frustrations of two failures I formed "Torcha Chamber Music" this was where I picced up the horrorcore aspect from in dealing with the previous fucc ups. In January of 1999 a large local indie company came to me and I was signed to "Playboy Records" this ended up leading to another fall through, after which I signed to "Darkside Productions" an online label through mp3.com which fell into my lap. I I released an ep under OCYRIS and then left for a better deal with the original "Mentally Challenged Records". This relation ship ended with the end of this very unproductive and unsatisfactory year!
After almost a two year hiatus from the music industry I decided once again in 2001 to go about it with another attempt at a homemade operation called "Against The Grain Records and Recordings" this company gave way after no movement what so ever in 2003 to a group called CRYPTIK in which I was known as MR. HAVOCC. In early 2004 the group decided to form the new "Mental-E Challyngd Records" which had a very successful first year doing over 30 shows and signing three other artists.
2005 was slow and mostly spent in the studio recording. the newly formed "MCR" was slowly losing momentum though releasing almost a year and a half late the release from CYKOSOMATK, followed in 2005 by the release of the first web ep by Cryptik entitled "Sewa Sounds" which took almost 3 years to record. Sadly in late 2005 the label disbanded on bad terms and thus I became Cannibal T which I recieved during the time I spent with the new MCR. January 2006 I formed Family Biznis with my little brother Yung Gost and Cuzzin Yung Tykcoon. We are making huge waves and I will be dropping my long awaited solo return in October of 2006!Have you performed in front of an audience?Yes/ Anywhere in the midwest my management books me, and i'm constantly constantly looking to expand my territory.
