Butterfly Toungz just received a second nomination for “Best Rap/Hip-Hop Album!” for 2007 from Independent Music Awards (IMA)!!!!!.
With this recent IMA nomination, Butterfly Toungz are now competing in the same category as such seasoned music vets as Speech (from Arrested Development).
The Butterfly Toungz’ nominated album, “Adversity” received its first “Best Rap Album” nomination earlier this year from Just Plain Folks (A Non-Profit Music Organization) and has really generated quite a buzz within the music industry. Recently, when compared to the Butterfly Toungz’ last album (Wide. Open. Spaces.), Adversity was said to be easily their best work yet.
Independent Music Awards (IMA) is affiliated with the Musician’s Atlas and offers a wide variety of judges for each category such as Afrika Bambaataa, Ozzy Osbourne, Peter Gabriel, Cyndi Lauper, Wynonna, Suzanne Vega, Beenie Man, etc.
IMA boasts that its Award Winners & Finalists are promoted to over 9 million plus music fans

ButterflyToungz...Good Work.Just checking out some of the talent from here in indianapolis.I just moved here from jersey not all that long ago so i'm not all that familiar with the hip hop scene here just yet..anyhow,I listened to Pauls got a Gun.Nice production...good message behind the lyrics.Feel free to check out some of my work.Sound quality isn't amazing due to a lack of good equipment.I'm in the process of trying to upgrade my stuff.But check me out if you get the chance.Take it easy.
