Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Burdenrest is 100% Christian music. I believe that Jesus Christ is God Incarnate, died for my sins, rose again, and is living today. The gift He gives to me is free forgiveness, salvation from my sins, and eternal life. This gift is for everyone. My songs are directly inspired by Him, using Biblical texts for many of the song ideas. My day to day struggles in life, and my need for Him are reflected in many of the songs. I make this music as a way to praise Christ, let others know about Him, and express myself emotionally and artistically.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Burdenrest is mainly a studio artist,but occasionaly performs live in mainly Iowa, and anywhere in the midwest.
