Christopher Jameson is a well established musician and songwriter from Greater Manchester. He began his career playing in and writing for bands, and was a founder member of the acclaimed Manchester band "Stray Dog Cafe", who recorded for UBiK Records, as well as being the drummer of "Zebu", alongside Steve Jones of Moco and Russ Miller (now Johnny Marr's chief engineer). As a multi-instrumentalist, he was also asked to play for other North West artists such as Fleck and The Midwich Cukoos.
Deciding to follow a solo career after well received sets at open mic and jam nights, where he tried out his own material, Christopher has now played alongside great names such as The Crazy World Of Arthur Brown, The Troggs, Una Baines (The Fall & The Blue Orchids), Jonah Matranga, James Walsh (Starsailor), Moco and Gerard Starkie (Witness), and has performed countless shows at many famous UK venues that includes The Cavern (Liverpool), The Camden Barfly, The Troubadour and The Alley Cat (London), The Night and Day Cafe and The Roadhouse (Manchester) and The Parr Hall (Warrington). Christopher was also invited to play a live acoustic set on the UK TV channel MadeInLiverpool, and has been given praise for his work by many in the industry. No messages or lectures in his lyrics, just catchy Power Pop centered around memorable riffs and melodies.
