Ministry Highlights First and foremost, being one of the chosen among the many called. Taking place in musical events such as The Connection with Harkin Studios and being a part of The Music City Gospel Showcase (I was actually on TV) My Life's Song- Brian attended the original Flatwoods Baptist Church as a child and accepted Jesus as his Savior when he was 8. Brian was weaned on the traditional Hymns and sang his first solo at age 12. He loves Gospel music. Brian has always had music in his heart. Even in school he always wanted to be a part of any thing that had to do with music. Concerts, stage show, etc. Brian received a 1 +++ rating on his vocal solo in state competition. Brian was 18 or 19 when he felt a call on his life to use his talents for God. Due to decisions Brian made as a young man it has taken some time for him to come full circle and reach the point where God could start to use Brian as he had planned. Even though God placed this call on Brian's life, He as many, choose to go out and try to be a part of the world as well as being a Christian Yes, Brian was saved but it was more a head salvation than a heart salvation. Brian knew in his heart that there was no middle ground with God. Through the years God would remind Brian of his calling. So in a feeble attempt to sooth his conscience Brian would travel home from where ever he might be working and stand up and sing and put on the show for a couple hours then back to work. It was in early 2003 while Brian was in a motel in Michigan that God spoke to him and said "I have given you your talent and I have prodded you to use them for my Glory and you have turned away each time. This is the last time I will call on you. The choice is now yours". It was now that Brian got on my knees and gave himself fully and completely to God heart and mind. Many of those around noticed a difference in Brian. When Brian lost his job it didn't get him down. Brian looked to it as an opportunity given by God to pursue his calling to have a music ministry. God has done wonderful things with Brian during this time. God opened doors that made it possible for Brian to record his first CD "Answer the Call" with Benson Sound. Brian was selected to attend "The Connection 2004" Gospel Talent Showcase where he was able to lift his Ministry up by performing in front of many different professionals in the music industry (promoters, song writer, radio and recording studios) and that opened up a door for him to work on project with John Lord and One Lord Productions. Brian recorded his second CD " .... in the beginning and a Christmas CD with One Lord Productions in Oklahoma City. John and his wife Dianna have been a major help in Brian's life both musical and spiritual. John wears so many hats in his involvement with Brian Mace Ministries. They along with Brian's mom (Peggy), his Aunt Jeanie, Brother Wilson and too many others to list are his prayer warriors. Brian's dad Dallas passed away in 2005 he would have enjoyed seeing the growth of God in both Brian and his ministry. The years between 2004 and 20007 are the years God took Brian and started to develop and train him for the next level of his ministry. This is when Brian became a member of the praise and worship team at Rivers of Living Water in Austin TX. This is when Brian began organizing things in preparation to take his ministry public.

Radio interview Introduce yourself to the audience and listeners Thank you, my name is Brian Mace and I am from a small town in central Mo. called Eldon. I was born in KC MO But, was raised in Eldon. My parents are Dallas & Peggy. Dad went home to be with our lord in Aug of 2006.I have one brother Wilson, who is 7 years older than me. I am the proud daddy of 2 boys Brian Joe and William and 1 girl Erica and 6 grandchildren Give us a background on your life and music and what has brought you to this point I was raised in an old time country church where I accepted Jesus as my Savior at age 8. Started singing with my family and have been singing ever since. I felt God calling on me to have a ministry in music when I was 18 or 19 but as so many I lived the story of the prodigal. My job had me traveling a lot. But when I was able to get home I went to church and played the role that was expected. I played church for a long time. I was in Battlecreek MI when God gave me my last call. Just as plain as I am talking to you he said Brian I have prodded and called on you many times to use what I gave you (my voice) to honor and raise me up but each time you have turned away. This is the last time I will ask. If you reject me this time I will take your gift and give it to some one who will use it for me. So at this point I place my life in Gods hands and he has place different events and people in my life that has brought me here. Just a few are The Connection with Harken Studio where I meet John Lord of One Lord Productions, Music city Gospel Showcase and ultimately to where I am now with Jonathon Goodwin, C&C Music Group & Revelation records. What is the title of new record? How Much love What inspired it and why? The mere thought that God would give his only son is to me almost impossible to grasp. I don't think I could do that as a parent. Especially knowing that many would reject my gift. But he did that out of love. We as humans can no way fathom the depth of that love. So my goal was to try to share that love. What has been your inspiration for singing southern gospel music? The message, these songs are like mini sermons. There is faith, hope, joy and love in the message of these songs. Congratulations on your first national debut album. How does it feel to put in a CD that you have recorded and hear your own music? Well, obviously they is a heart felt pride and sense of accomplishment that you fell as a human. It is Gods talent and I am pleased to hear him in my music. Some people wait a lifetime and only dream of recording an album on a major label or significant independent label. Can you lay a foundation of what has brought you to this point in your life and how you feel about this opportunity? I was raised in an time country church. My family sang, so singing was just apart of my life. I sang my first solo One More Valley when I was 8 or 10. As I grew up and went through school I always was involved in the music department. I guess I knew from that feeling down inside that God had plans for me. But it became clear to me when I was 18 or 19. I married and Life took over. Wife, kids and work I just didn't give it any thought. I got to busy for God. My life took a turn in the wrong direction when I was 38. I got a divorce and started going out on the town. But after just a couple years God started working on my heart. I am so glad to say that I returned to God and started having a day to day relationship with him and allowing him to guide me. Just look where he brought me. It goes with out saying this is the greatest opportunity of my life and I fell so blessed to be working with the incredible people at C&C and Revelation Records. I feel that this is just where God wants me. Tell us some of the experiences that you have had over the years that you feel has brought you to this moment in your life. There were many things in my life both good and bad that has brought me here. The one that stands out the most is when I was in Battlecreek MI. God came to me and said This is your last chance. I have called you and given you opportunity to use my gift for my glory. This is your last chance if you choose not to use the gift I have given you I will take it and give it to some one who will. How long have you been singing? All of my life. Do you pen any of your own songs? Yes, the title track How Much Love to this CD is one I wrote as well as a couple more on there. In your personal opinion, what are some of the highlights of this record? I feel it brings a little different style to the table. But most of all I hope people are able to feel my passion Can the fans of Brian Mace expect anything out of the ordinary on this project? No not really, just some different sounds to a few the old classics You seem to have come a long way in a seemingly short time.
