Brent Waggoner
Brent Waggoner is a solo act which is recorded primarily by Brent Waggoner. His brother, Bradley Waggoner plays drums, and other friends drop by to help out sometimes. He hopes you like his music, and plans to stop speaking in the third person any day now.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I've been playing guitar for 4 years. I also play, in varying degrees, bass, piano, synths, drums, mandolin, various percussion, and I sing.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I have played live for very small groups, and have performed a couple concerts with a former band. I enjoy it, but being solo now makes it difficult. I would perform live if I were able.
Your musical influences
I enjoy Led Zeppelin, Jars of Clay, the Normals, Teenage Fanclub, Evan and Jaron, Radiohead, White Stripes, Beach Boys, Snow Patrol, Okkervil RIver, and way too many others to list. I don't know if I sound like them much though.
What equipment do you use?
De Armond Electric, Takamine Acoustic, some electric piano, some cheap keyboard, some electronic drums, you get the point...
