Brave Music is an up and coming music production company based out of Richmond, Va. Our featured artist is Texas Pete a.k.a. Tex. Our Chief Producer is J.Brave who may appear on some of the songs as a rapper as well.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Brave Music was formed in 2005 by Jonathan Banks who currently is in the process of expanding the Brave Music network to Atlanta, Georgia. The Company signed it's first artist Tex in August of 2005 and recorded his first project "Theme Music" by the end of that year.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Yes. Tex currently frequents a spoken word spot in town called Tropical Soul. On Tuesday nights at 9pm they have a open mic session called Verses.
