You just stumbled onto the greatest rock guitarist you never heard of. Nestled in my Center of Excellence in Massachusetts.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Started playing at 12, gigging at 16, studied music in college. Hired for studio sessions and clinics. Several bands along the way. Write and record in my very modest home studio.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Extensively. Before moving to MA, I was in a regular gigging prog rock band in Pittsburgh PA. Played in several bands in MA.
Your musical influences
Love the guitar gods: Joe Satriani, Eddie Van Halen, Eric Johnson, George Lynch, Nuno Bettencourt, John Petrucci, and just good playing from any genre.
What equipment do you use?
Ibanez, ESP, Alvarez-Yari and home-built custom guitars, Marshall, Egnater, and 5150 amps, a jar of peanut butter, a flat head screwdriver, random DAWs, several IPAs, a plethora of stompboxes and random effects, a few monkeys, a sump pump, several vodka tonics, a charcoal smoker, my neighbor's pool filter, and a few secret weapons.
Anything else?
I'm grateful that you stopped by to give some things a listen! Drop me a note form some feedback or comments. Thanks for checking it out!
