Well...this is quite simple...I'm Bob-EKS...a solo emcee...I'm from the Netherlands...I've been making music since 1999...that's the year I started my Hip-Hop "career"...and now I'm 16 years old...
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
in 1999 I started listening to Hip-Hop, and in that same year I started to write some poor lyrics. Winio, also a Dutch MC, helped me out with those poor lyrics, and we both dropped them on exsisting beats. Because we didn't want to use other emcee's beats, I also started to make our own beats. I used whack programs like cakewalk...so the beats weren't that dope...but it was a start. After a while, the first time we stood on stage came, after that one...we wanted to go on with our thing. I digitally met TeRilekst, also a Dutch emcee who's kinda my idol, and he learnt me a lot about beat creating, so the beats sounded more nice...and in the meanwhile we were continiously getting better. We did more performances and stuff, and we were getting respect and props. We tried to make a promo, but that one didn't work out...
in 2001 we were on tour through The Netherlands...we performed at a few famous locations...like "DE EFFENAAR". But those peops who organised it, had other plans with us....they wanted to make money out of us...and we quited...after that...we had a lot stage experience so that was the positive part of it.

Yes I play live...here in The Netherlands...the next performance is on the 26th January...and I sure do like it !!
