Boaz Peleg

As a man obsessed with music, I enjoy listening, playing and writing music from a multitude of genres - Rock, Blues, Funk, Jazz, Classical, Oriental and more. The colorful combination of these genres is what makes my music unique. I am a singer and I play guitars - classic, electric, acoustic, bass. I had two bands where we played original music - Sisyphus and Mellow Marsh. Today I am releasing a demo in search of a record deal, and I have a new band. We are writing new material as well as rehearsing material from previous bands and will soon start gigging.

Basically I write Rock songs, with various influences including Progressive Rock, Grunge, Blues, Funk, Jazz, Classical, Oriental and more. Songs from the period Sisyphus was alive include influences such as Alice in Chains, Tori Amos, Live, Soundgarden, Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Metallica and Pink Floyd. When I was in Mellow Marsh bands/artists such as King Crimson, Jethro Tull, Gentle Giant, Camel, Frank Zappa, E.L.P., Yes and Genesis played a bigger role.
