Blunted-Out Productions was established late 2000 by Xplizit, Krazy-D, and Abligati. B.O.P. is currently Des Moines melting pot based on Hip Hop diversity.

XPLIZIT- C.E.O., Songwriter/Producer
KRAZY D- Xplizit's brother/Hip Hop Artist(English/Spanish)
ABLIGATI- One of B.O.P.'s pioneer of the band. Hip Hop Artist (English/Bosnian).
ART OF MELODY- B.O.P.'s finest,well respected R/B Artist.
T-BEAR- B.O.P.'s Hook Master. Enough Said...
M.D.- AKA Mad Dog, High Calibur, agressive freestyle/battle artist.
Other members include: C-Notes, Martel, AK.
Upcoming members: QD(lyrical genius), Joe Quiles "JQ"(Reggaeton,Hip-Hop), C-Peezy, and Screws loose.
