Blueside play classic / alternative rock passed through a contemporary filter and cutting across a range of styles. Our sound marries elegant chord structures and cool melodies, framed with sharp, angular guitar work that provides a strong dynamic contrast. Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I prefer to co-write where possible and am presently working with Richard Hoddinott(keyboards)and Simon Davis (guitar) to create the best sound we can get.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I play regularly at Open Mic events in Preston, where its always a buzz to present original material, and its a great driver for completing a song. Its nice too when you get good feedback for a particular song.

Influenced by both progressive rock and indie music and seeking to meld the two together. Pink Floyd. Genesis. New Order. The Sundays
