Blues Bone
Blues Bone founded 2 years ago by Sakis Dovolis (guitar) and Eri Kourbali(Bass). there is no permanent drummer now because the co-founder drummer jesus sarioglou had to leave the band a month ago... that gives us the chance to play with more musicians which is a good thing to do, but we sure looking for a permanent drummer.
anyway. we love playing the Blues and that's the only thing we want to do.
we have a demo and a live recording for now and we hope for more.
we'd love to meet other blues lovers, we love playing with passionate people.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Blues Bone is a blues band from kozani Greece. Sakis Dovolis is the guitarist and the vocalist of the band. He's playing the guitar since he was 10 years old but he truly fell in love with her when he heard stevie ray's in step. Since then he is a bluesman who lives just to play the blues. Sakis is also a guitar teacher and now he is styding the classical and jazz theory and harmony. Eri kourbali is the bass player of the band. her influences all came out of the blues and especialy of tomas shannon stevie's bass player. Eri is a guitar player too but 5 years ago she discovered how atracted she was to the 4 strings. as a great admier of the blues and jazz music she's also studing contrabass techniques. she's a teacher of classical music theory and she studies counterpoint and jazz theory.
Blues Bone gave many concerts in kozani and all around west Macedonia. They recorded a demo cd at Dimitris Dimopoulos studio and a live cd from their live concert at palmyra be alive

we've done many live concerts in kozani, greece.
palmyra be alive live stage and gallery rock bar are the two places we love to play to.

something irrelevant is that we are couple and we love each other to death.
we are in love with stevie's playing and his music.
we both are guitar and music theory teachers.
and after we finish our university studies here in greece we are planning to study at California's Musicians Institude
