BLP
I'm a former Line 6 product specialist/clinician, with 100's of hours of recording/producer time...I have done 3 international tours, and several North American tours. I play everything from Bluegrass to Metal, mainly because ADHD kicks my butt....I like great pop songs, be it country, rock...whatever...a good song is a good song, period. I also like guitar driven music...go figure. PRS guitars and telecasters rule my world.Band/artist history
I started in Wilkes County, NC...my dad was a fairly popular singer/DJ/MC, who was also a co founder of Merlefest... so I grew up around it. It was nothing to see Buck Owens, Don Rich, Chet Atkins around the house...I don't think I had a choice in professions. I took lesons from my dad's steel/guitar/fiddle/banjo player, David Johnson, who is a tremdous musician, and top call NC studio cat...after being a backing player for so long, I decided to branch out and do my own thing, more as therapy really. I still love playing as a sideman(email me if you a guitar hero!)Have you performed in front of an audience?I do play live, everywhere from Wilmington NC, to Myrtle Beach SC....and Wyoming, Colorado...the world and the rest of the Universe.
Your musical influences
