Bleed Downs sound is forged from the streets and back alleys of Los Angeles and Dallas. With songs that defy conventional rock music, their heavy rhythms and soul bearing lyrics form a musical graffiti that capture you from start to finish. Comprised of front man Shawn Michael Scotton, guitarist Ellis James Songy, bassist Kwin Smith and drummer Warren Stewart, Bleed Down combines explosive live shows, raw lyrics, and metal-driven sounds to produce a complete and masterful personification of Rock. 

Lead Vocalist Michael Scotton brings lyrics that mainstream rock hasnt heard for sometime. Making his way to Dallas from Los Angeles, he cut his teeth playing with the best of the LA music scene. Scottons outspoken lyrics and well-crafted melodies are undeniably infectious. Bringing both power and control, he is armed with a voice to rival any artist today. 

Lead Guitarist Ellis James Songy is an unquestionable talent. With chops honed in the clubs of Louisiana, he brings back to music what was once lost. His power and emotion, along with piercing solos and crisp guitar sounds, will overtake you. His distinct leads are what Rock has been hungry for, and has become the signature for Bleed Down. 

Kwin Smith's intricate yet melodic bass lines, as well as enthusiastic stage persona, help to round out Bleed Down. A native of the Dallas/ Fort Worth area, Kwin's seemingly never-ending supply of riffs serves as one of the key building blocks of Bleed Downs sound. 

The monster behind the kit - Warren Stewart - delivers a perfect combination of finesse and power. From his driving double bass beats and intricacies to his vicious grooves, Stewart's versatility is a key factor in Bleed Downs sound and direction. His high energy and intensity is the foundation to the ideal match of vocals and guitars.
