Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Blasfemia is a rock band characterized by playing strong, heavy hard core metal. It began in the middle of 1998 with Borja (guitar, and vocals), Poison (bass), and Donny (drummer). With Donny as our drummer he gives strength, speed and precision to the group. The band has remained active with countless local gigs, playing with groups of the caliber of rock en Español. Bands such as Puya, El Tri, Tijuana no, Aragan, Riesgo de contagio and more popular bands of Mexico and American bands. On October 13th 2001, Blasfemia participated in the "Tri fest” at the shoreline Amphitheater, they alternated with El Tri from Mexico which celebrates its 33rd anniversary as well as sharing the stage with other famous bands from Mexico such as: Angeles del Infierno, Victimas del Doctor Cerebro. Blasfemia also participated in the bay area battle of the bands de rock en espanol, there were 13th bands that participated and only 3 would win, blasfemia was one of those 3 bands most all of the bands played like scot and alternated rock, we were the only hard metal rock there. to mention a few on Friday November 2nd 2001 Blasfemia Played at the cactus club in an event to Honor "Dia de los Muertos" (the day of the dead).
Blasfemia is working on its first Independent CD Production, SUEÑOS, it has ten songs.

We have played in all parts of California, places such as LA, San Jose, Sacramento, Stockton, Modesto, Hayward, Oakland, Berkley, San Francisco, Santa Rosa, and many many more places.
