We are BlackWater Union... We play Country and Southern Rock Classics. We also play our own songs! We have been playing together for about 4 years!
Band/artist history
BlackWater Union..... originally started out with a love for music and wanting to start a band, in the fall of 2002! With the addition of their manager in early January 2003, "BlackWater Union" started on this journey, never looking back, with the goal of playing Country, Southern Rock, and writing some of our own music. What you get today is a smooth blend of a southern and contemperary style that you just don't get anywhere in this area. With the superb harmonies and killer guitar riffs of Mark and Randy, the back-up beat trio of Tony,Tico,Mikey Gonebad and their manager, Steve, "BlackWater Union will put on one top-notch show. This band also gives of their time and money to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
We put on one hell of a show for our fans! We play all of central Missouri and in the Kansas City area.The magic that happens on stage when we perform is like no other drug out there!
Your musical influences
Some of our musical influences are of course Lynyrd Skynyrd,AC/CD, artists like the Everly Brothers. We all grew up listening to the radio! So if it was on the radio it probably influenced us! We bring together our own unique blend of music and pur the BlackWater Union twist on it!
