Blackplague
Blackplague is heavy influenced by old school metal (Iron Maiden, Slayer, Metallica, Megadeth) and melodic death metal (Hypocrisy, In Flames, Darkane, Dark Tranquility, Amon Amarth). The line up as of now (5/04) is:

We are currently looking for a drummer. We have our eyes set on a bass player.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
BLACK PLAGUE is the remains of the band Bloodcurse which was formed by Osman Yolacan in 2001. After the breakup of Bloodcurse, Osman decided to reform the band with new members and a new name. So in 2003, Himself, Steve Dupak, Matt Stucker, and Jason Smith formed what is now Blackplague. Shortly into the formation of, third guitarist Ross Linsinbigler joined. Soon after, Stucker left the group. In March of 2004, Ross was fired from the group, and Nate was brought in to replace him. The band is currently writing their demo which should be recorded this summer.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We haven't played any life shows yet, but we plan to in April or May.
