Band/artist history
We became a band in late 2002, it happened when casual jamming turned out good and four friends with similar interests decided to handle things more seriouly. A few jamming sessions turned out to a group that only knows to thrash...
Due to our extreme loud behaviour we were kicked out of 4 of our jamming rooms, but that didnt keep any of us down, it only slowed us, but we vowed that these small setbacks wont keep us from thrashing. Finally our bassist cleared up a small room in his goodown, then the massacre restarted. Now we are a band for over and year and our spirits are just they were like o year ago.
Prithwiraj and Snehadeep had common interests and a small event during a local function made us addicted to playing the guitar. I called up a friend who played the guitar and Snehadeep knew somebody who played the drums, that was it we started jamming just for the fun of it. Then we were Prithwiraj, Yasho, Aniket and Snehadeep. Our drummer, Aniket cloudnt keep up with the pace of our small "sessions" because of his work. Then came the "relentless beater" of our band, Naveen with his smashing double-bass kit. His interests clicked and we became a band. After our first gig at Cycone, Yasho had to depart due some problems with his folks, but before leaving he told us about Shrinivas. Navin and Snehadeep were not so keen on changing our guitarist coz, we had a gig in a week, but on my pursuation we checked him out, and believe me i have never seen anybody pick up his parts so quickly, and in no time we had our set nice and tight. Apart from picking up his parts quickly, he also had a good stage presence and we had a ball on stage. All in all the gig was good, and here we are now, with a new and a better face....
The blend of our talents is now called BlackHole Theory, a name we cooked up. It defines us, we are unexplained and never fail to surprise each other, just like the black hole, full of mystries and surprises.
