Black Dog (MI)
As Ty stone said, "we're downriver from a big city." Formed in April of 2011, Black dog is a blue collar bluespunk band. All around us factories started to close and businesses pull out. The once great area is crumbling away. Thats where we come in. Black dog is comprised of some good friends who either work in factories or have a relative who does. We all grew up with blue collars around our necks and wouldn't have it any other way. We took the idea of blues and blues rock and gave it more of an attitude. We strip our sound down as much as possible, no fancy effects here, just a guitar, amp, and od pedal. Though based in the blues, punk is also a major influence of our sound.

We have not played live yet, we are still in the writing stage

Fender and squier strats, 70s fender music master amp, raven amps, Ibanez tube screamer, delta labs od, sound percussion drums. Cakewalk music creator 4 and sure sm57 for recording
