We make the walls hiss. Bird Beak Band was a 2 year free-form music experiment of primarily acoustic instruments and a revolving cast of players all cramped into a bed room. The songs are listed in reverse chronological order and grouped into sessions.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
.. .............. We sit down with instruments, press record, and play music. Its spontaneous, unrehearsed, unorchestrated, unpracticed, and completely chaotic. Basically we pull this stuff out of our collective asses. What you hear is the one and only "take" we do. We rarely ever play a song twice and if we do, we usually change it so much its more of a sequal than a second take. The lyrics come to us out of the ether and sometimes amazing harmonies happen, but when this happens we are as shocked as you are. We laugh at ourselves. Please feel free to laugh at us too. We have no aspirations of making it big. Our only goal is to suck less. Its good to have goals. Sometimes the magic happens, sometimes it doesnt... this is a collection of the times the magic happens. Enjoy....
