This project made possible solely due to the advances in microcomputing and audio applications. All media on this site was created and recorded using MIDI-keyboards, laptops, and vocals with the intent of it being performed live. As I said earlier, no restrictions are placed on execution, style, subject matter, or form of expression on this project. However, there is an attempt at the creation of a storytelling sequence reminiscent of my favorite pop-rock albums circa the 1970s. We believe that intellectual property should be freely available for private use. For this reason, all biocarbon13 music and art freely available for individual use. However, commercial use is prohibited without explicit written consent. All of the material produced by biocarbon13 is registered with BMI and is a subject to the applicable copy write regulations.
