Billy Zenn
Billy Zenn brings a wealth of writing and performing experience to the cyber table. As principal songwriter and bassist for several successful Midwestern touring acts, he refined his skills in a diverse collection of dumps, dives and dubious dens of iniquity. Somewhere along the line, it occurred to him that his megalomaniacal tendencies could be better served as a solo performer, and he has been pursuing the angsto-laden path of the semi-acoustic, singer- songwriter ever since.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Mr. Zenn is currently based in Columbus, Ohio where he plays frequently in the more eclectic clubs and coffeehouses, as well as the occasional orgiastic house party.
Your musical influences
Well-crafted rock, blues, funk, etc.. Melody, rhythm and lyrics that neither simper and whine nor take themselves too seriously. Dark is good, too.
