The young and talented Biggz, born as Jean Carlos Cortes was born on May 30, 1991 and raised on the streets of Southside Williamsburg Brooklyn. Biggz caught the love for hip-hop at the early age of eleven. His main influences in the game were upon Jay-Z, Nas, Jadakiss, Big Pun, and Eminem. Biggz attended Junior High School 50 where his fellow class mates and he had ciphers during their lunch period. Every time Biggz kicked a rhyme he caught the attention of the crowed and had many people flabbergasted from his wordplay and metaphors. Biggz believes his ability to create music is his gateway to success and the route to the American Dream.
If Biggz had a choice to meet anyone thats involved with the music industry Biggz would choose Russell Simmons. Russell is an intelligent man who created a dynasty by creating the worlds most famous label named Def Jam. That right there made Biggz flabbergasted and gave him potential knowing that anyone can be a major part of the music business. Biggz is seeking for a major deal to come his way. Biggz is struggling and putting in lots of effort to find a way to get voice heard. He believes he is different from all these artistes in the game in lots of way. Biggz is real and spits straight facts. Lots of rappers these days sell records because they make a song with a hot hook so its catchy song but its not lyrical.
Biggzs freshman mix tape is called Plan and Progress. This just basically means that the only way to get through life and over come your wishes is by having a blueprint of you progress. This mix tape is still being build up slowly and will be released unexpected and not anytime soon. The mix tape is a mixture of all the types of hip-hop styles inserted into one small package. Its a twenty three track mix tape with each track dealt with a different meaning behind the song. It will have productions by underground labels and will contain no famous guest appearances. Keep your ears and your eyes open for this epidemic mix tape because as soon Biggz blows up it will become a classic and only a limited amount will be produced.
