You have one of those voices where it doesn't matter what your saying. It has the energy. I might enjoy hearing you rap with Public Enemy, because your voice has the variety and power behind it to influence people., In Going for the Head, your dancehall style vocals gave the song something different that a lot of artists are afraid to experiment with.
I'm not hating on your lyrics, just giving you a heads up, people are getting smarter and starting to realize that art and life feed each other and give us hope for the future. I think that speech should be free, and i think that artists should have the freedom to make music about what they want, but i think that the art suffers when the artist creates music based upon outside forces like money, and popularity instead of using their talent to express life and make it more understandable and enjoyable.
