Kevin C. Sutton Was born Dec 15th, 1977 in a cab on the way to the hospital in Manhattan NYC. Since the beginning it seems, he has always been in a rush, and structure and guidelines are just things he doesnt follow. Whether it was stealing money out his moms purse for candy at age 7, or stealing jewelry from his pops job at age 12 to hustle on the street, Kevin has been playing by his own rules. So with that said this bio shit is just not my style.
What is a bio anyway? Just a bunch of bullshit put together so labels, radio personalities, and promoters can skim through and decide whether they want to deal with your ass or not. F Dat, I rather let my music speak for it self. Yes indeed I DOES MY THANG (Song Plug) point blank. Lets see you want background, here you go. I went to Grambling State from 1995 to ?. Hosted a radio show, WGSU THE BLACK HOUR 12pm to 1pm, but had to leave because I got caught doing something I shouldnt of been. That all I have to say about that. Took the next flight back to NYC, where I met back up with old school buddy AL-SHID (Sound bar Recordings Plug), who was attending college at Purchase University. Lived on Campus for three years with out going to school there. Ate lunch, went to class, had my own room, met my baby moms (got 2 more after that, 4 kids 3 bms wow), also did another radio show WPSU THE BLACK HOUR 12pm to 1pm. Wonderland who was one of the on air personalities, landed a designing job with AVIREX (Clothing /Footwear) so of course I see an open door and I walk through. I some how hustled my way in, he got bounced out, and I found my self designing for Avirex. I created a line of leather coats, book bags, and foot wear that grossed over 1.5 million dollars for that company, so Thats all I have to say about that. After that experience I met back up with another old school friend Jovan Stroop, and started Thisrespekwear. I have established a lot of relationships, networking is key. I was Just Blaze (Rock-A fella Recorders producer) first artist. I appeared On Tony Touch (Latin Rapper Old school Mix tape King) 55 mcs. I have done numerous tracks with King James (Bad Boy Records producer/engineer), Prodigy (Mobb Deep), Sadat X (Brand Nubian), worked closely with Lyricist Lounge (Show promoters), the list can go on and on, but what does all that mean? Not a damn thing, its not what youve done; its what can you do now!!!
They say one bad apple spoils the bunch; well let me introduce you to the bad guy. The one who does what he wants when he wants, and is controlled by no one but himself, so either you be down or be out simple as that. The name B.I.G. A.P.P.L.E. means to Be In the Game, you must Always Pack Powerful Lyrics Everyday, and that is all I plan on doing. So if that was not what you were looking for in a bio, I could really care less.
