Have you performed in front of an audience?
We play some weekends around North Central Alabama. I still enjoy performing live very much.
Some special moments have been playing with Gregg Allman, Atlanta Rhythm Section, Jeff Cook, and Ken Mellons.
Your musical influences
I grew up listening to all kinds of music. My main influences are The Allman Brothers, Chicago, Doobie Brothers, Marshall Tucker, Wet Willie, and the list could go on and on. I just love good music!!
What equipment do you use?
For recording I use a Zoom Mrs1608 digital recorder, Cool Edit Pro2, an ADK condensor mic, a BBE sonic maximizer, M audio mobile-pre, kurzweil keyboard, lots of different guitars, my 87 strat, my tex-mex tele, Dean artist acoustic, and my 2002 american strat. as well as my Yamaha SG which I've had since 1978. Also an Austin Bass.
Live I play my 87 strat thru a Marshall MGDX100 with 4-12 slant cabinet and a line-6 pod processor. I also use my Dean acoustic on some stuff!!
