Beauty in the Burn, once known as "From Within," is a relatively new band out of Merced California. Ever since their first show in November of 2003, they have tried to write honest, raw, passionate, and multifaceted music. Fans of this band can also expect a raw and passionate live show. With influences like Poison the Well, Every Time I Die, Botch, Norma Jean, Remembering Never, early 18 Visions, Narcissus, and Glassjaw, coming up with a specific classification for them is a little tough, but the guys seem to feel comfortable just calling themselves Metalcore.
