FL Studio with tons of soundfonts and VST plugins. EWQL Symphonic Orchestra Gold, EWQL Symphonic Choirs, EWQL Colossus, Drumkit from Hell Superior, Morphine, Sampletank 2.5, and Edirol Orchestral are the VST plugins I use most often.Anything else?
