I am basically a hobbyist, I've been writing songs for years and have only just now got around to recording, and finding it not so much fun. I enjoy the writing more than performing, and performing more than recording.

my living room mostly, and for friends, family and that guy upstairs that pounds on the floor.
What equipment do you use?
USB mic, Audacity, Cakewalk Music Creator 3, Yamaha guitar and Radio Shack MIDI keyboard.
