Barbeque Bob And The Rhythm Aces
Led by 30 year veteran harmonica virtuoso and singer Barbeque Bob Maglinte, this is an original and cover Chicago and West Coast Blues/R&B/Jump/Swing band based out of the Boston area. Bob has worked and toured with such Blues legends as Jimmy Rogers, Louisiana Red, Sunnyland Slim, and Luther "Guitar Junior" Johnson and also played on part of the soundtrack of the hit movie, "Fried Green Tomatoes."

My influences run from blues harmonica legends like Little Walter Jacobs, both Sonny Boy Williamsons, Big Walter Horton, James Cotton, Junior Wells, Papa Lightfoot, Jerry McCain, George "Harmonica" Smith to Jump blues sax players like Hal Singer, Red Prysock, Big Jay McNeely, Joe Houston, Willis "Gator Tail" Jackson.
