DRE P.R.A.I.S.E.-Writer, Rapper, Singer, Producer
Gospel "Reality TV"
DRE P.R.A.I.S.E. born and raised in Saginaw, MI, now transplanted into South Bend, IN, is an innovative preacher, writer, producer, and artist who maximizes the giftings God has placed in him to affect a generation that is overlooked and misunderstood. This sophmore effort, L.O.V.E. is one that bridges the gap between culture and faith by creating storylines that everyone can relate to, as well as thought provoking lyrics that will cause you to say out loud, "I was thinking that too..." By changing styles from Dancehall, to East Coast Hip Hop, Neo-Soul to Crunk Music, Urban Worship to Quartet, all the way around to Contemporary Christian, he shows the versatility that God has placed inside of him to reach the masses. The Supernova Hot Radio Single "Bye Bye Baby" is a song that ministers to youth and adults alike across the globe, telling people that they have power over the spirits of pride, lust, and seduction. "Young Warriors for Christ" is an anthem to this Generation of Believers who have a "By Any Means Necessary" mentality to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. "Better Man" is a song that explains the emotional roller coaster that each of us take a ride on being young in Christianity. And finally "Me & The Devil" chronicles how one breaks from sin, and that's when the enemy seems to try to cause havoc in your life, which every one 9 to 99 can relate to. God has given DRE P.R.A.I.S.E. the ability to convey a message of hope and deliverance to those who have been damaged, and those who need to find Christ. This project is an eclectic album, one that the entire family can place in the CD player, and listen to at any time and any where.
