Mayfair is an outlet for my music. So far, it's a one-man band. I do it all: write, record, mix, etc. I play all guitars: 6- and 7-string electric, classical and 6-string bass. I do the vocals in which someone actually "sings". The drums, choirs, some keyboards, et al are MIDI files played through a sample player.
Mayfair is only one person, so "we" haven't played live yet. That may change as things progress. I've been in bands and played 600-800 gigs and I sit in with local bands sometimes.
I love classical music and rock. When you combine the two, it can be really good. Some of my songs are instrumental guitar rock, pop, progressive/metal and whatever comes to mind. Influences include The Beatles, Queen, Dream Theater and any good rock.
