5 stars from a fellow songwriter. I write
in collaberation with Billy Flack, a country
singer/songwriter who lives in Scotland
United Kingdom. We have written "True
Friends", "My Heart is Broken", and "Country
Girl at Heart" together and are working on
a few others. Feel free to drop by his page
and check us out. Hope you have a great
week.
P.S. All your other songs are excellent too
but this is the one that I favor most.
my da would say "though women do not drink liquor it certainly disappears when they are present".

Can't wait to see you kids at my college's renaissance festival!

Thank you Cyndee,
We are looking to get to the east coast soon. Maybe even build a place in PA. Great music yourself! Maybe we will get a chance to play together someday.

Hey Kendo!
That would be GREAT!
BTW you have so many 'fun' Irish songs that perhaps you might like to check out Kathy's Fun Tunes. These are (demos) for artists to record! Kathy

Hey Kathy!
We drive through Rochester (30mph) every time that we head to play in Ocean Shores at the Galway Bay Pub, as well as other places in Hoquiam or Aberdeen. Check the www.darbyogill.com calendar for our next trips up there. If you drop us a line, maybe we could stop by for a coffee ;-) on our way up. It does tend to be late morning or early afternoon on a Thursday or Friday. Do you play anywhere around there?
Hope to see you sometime soon.
Kendo
Hi Dorothy,
We look forwrd to playing many places on the east coast soon. Maybe we'll catch each other there someday soon.
I met Scott about 15 years ago as a solo act and started doing comedy routines during his set breaks. After a few months we had met Art (who had just bought a mandolin), I went out and bought an accordion and we started playing together on stage. In our first incarnation of Darby O'Gill, we had another guitar player (Michael), who (after a few months) passed away from cancer. Over the years we have invited many others to play and record with us.
We are now (and will be in the future) in whichever place we are, that fun and frovility bring us.
Hope that the new year is treating you fantastically well.
Kendo
Hi Vryl,
Thank you for the kind words.
How is it going with your new year and singing.
If there are any other songs (that we sing) and you are looking for lyrics, just drop us a line. Check the song book at www.darbyogill.com first and see if we may have the lyrics and chords on line already posted.
Best of everything in France.
Kendo
Delightful music! Spinning on my Soundclick stations! Hope to catch one of your performances some time!
