I am the Part Time Defender of the Universe and also a Full Time Macarena Instructor for the Rhythmically Impaired, but I'm also a Paper Plate Washer for the Rich and Famous (that's where I make wads.)
I've been playing music now for over 30 yrs, some serious, mostly for fun, which is what I live for. I mean, if I ain't having fun then who is?
I started playing guitar when I was 7, played in my first bar band when I was 18 and I haven't stopped since...well, except for that period of time when I was recovering from injuries sustained from a very nasty car accident that I WASN'T AT FAULT!!!!!!!
DO I PLAY LIVE? HECK, YES!!!!!! That's what it's all about for me. Special moments for me include being in the first rock n roll band that performed at a local country concert (we were invited back 2 more times after that) and having shaken the hand of Soul Brother #1, Mr. James Brown.
Musically I've been influenced by The Beatles, The Stones, and such. Comically, I have no influences except for life itself.
Well, my guitars, my amps, my kazoo, my jaw harp, my nose whistle.....you know......stuff......
