Messin' with tradition is what this band is doing with their fresh spin on a classic country sound. Kris Anderson's originals takes a blender to the old country sound adding a touch of cutting edge indie, a cup of melodic rock lines, and 2 parts stark honesty. Your Mom & Daddy haven't heard music like this before. Kris Anderson, lead singer and songwriter, was most recently asked, "What is your opinion on this sound?" Kris modestly states, "We are just playing real country music, as we see it." The members, coming from varied backgrounds such as rock, punk, country and bluegrass, all contribute to this totally original approach while still keeping it real. Members include Kris Anderson - guitars/vocals, Boston Tim - bass, Jr. Aikenback - drums, and Earache on fiddle, banjo and mandolin.
