All these tracks were composed and performed by Alexis Sweet Cahill (name of the artist). Some tracks were written as a music score to documentary films directed by ASC, some were written for the band ASC played in (see A BIGGER SPLASH), but the majority were written for personal amusement.. a kind of hobby..
Dont really have one... I started playing for fun.. bought various midi racks and keyboards and began to learn how to sequence.. then, as i mentioned before, i joined a band in Milan.. bought more keyboards etc.
In 1992 i moved to Rome and there i continued playing.. composing music for myself and making little albums..
"Moved to Rome"
"Grooving Underwater"
"Postcards"
"African Experiance"
"Wadi"
At the same time i wrote music for commercials or documentaries i was asked to direct..
Currently i'm still living in Rome and directing Television fiction.
Unfortunately not.. but i did play live when i was with the band "A Bigger Splash".. In Milan during the end of the 80's and the beginning of the 90's.
John Coltrane, Frank Zappa, Weather Report, Drum & Bass, Ethnic.. various really.
Roland Trinity Pro mainly with Roland u220, Yamaha TG70 midi racks ..
I'm curious to see how this all works ;)
