Fire Dance - The African Connection!
B-and... Fire was featured in one of the Last Shows hosted by The Theatre de la Jeune Lune of Minneapolis, MN. 'Fire Dance' was a benefit and silent auction produced by J Day Entertainment to support the American Refugee Committee and its work for children in Darfur. Sponsored by Cherish our Children International. The Show was a Great Success and We Were Honored to be a part of it!

B was the Fire Dance Coordinator for the Lounge Downtown Minneapolis MN. (www.thelougempls.com) Duties Included Booking Dancers and Various Other Performers (herself included) Every Friday & Saturday night and on Special Occasions!!
aimee's role there expanded into working with the owners on party planning. Parties included Live Painted Statues! Full Decor! Designer App Tables w Chocolate Fountains! And Of Course... Freestyle and Choreographed Fire Dancers!!

A Rockin' B-and... Project that recently fell into my lap... like Lovin' dogz tend to Do ;) I can't wait to teach it some new trickz & PLAY!! We were a 70's & 80's Classics cover band like NO OTHER!!!! We we're not afraid to RE-Build this city... Oh Yeah - it was like that ;) Working with Absey Entertainment we traveled all over MN and WI weekly! (www.abseyentertainment.com)
**We did songs that other bands wouldn't, because they were a little more difficult than your basic classic 70's & 80's songs.
**Everything from Journey, Blue Oyster Cult, ELO & the Eagles to the Pretenders, the Doors & Even New Stuff like No Doubt!
**Plus I Boogied Allwayz! & I did Fire at the right venues!!
**Circling the City on a Cycle of Sites the Sundogz and I were right near YOU one Night...

Consisted of me & a guitar player (Steve Allen from Dred I Dread), some soulful, bluesy, funked out covers, some Original stuff & a mic. Our only show together was 12.16.06 at the Local Artisen Holiday Bizaar* It was a Good one!
I'm imagining there'll be a New version of Acoustic B-and... soon ;)

Created for the Cornerstone Fundraiser; Vixens vs Violence @ the Fine Line on Saturday June 17th, 06. We Headlined along side Desdemona, Apryl Electra & Debra G ;) Members Include: B (Vocals, Vibe & Nun-Chukkas), Indigo (Emcee), SpeakaBoxxx (Emcee), Lady Musick on Conga/Jembe & Vocals, Michelle Dunkirk on Electric Violin, Vocals & Percussion, Colleen Buckman on Guitar/Vocals, Jes on Bass, Chris on Bass (they played at different times) J-Lamb on the Electric & Andy Man on the Kit I have 2 of the songs from that night posted - check it out!
